On August 8, 2014, it was reported that Mack and her friend were assaulted in her Las Vegas home, allegedly by War Machine, and taken to the hospital where it was found that Mack suffered from 18 broken bones, a broken nose, missing teeth, a fractured rib and a ruptured liver. According to Mack, War Machine also tried to rape her. On August 15, War Machine was arrested in Simi Valley, California by U.S. Marshals and Simi Valley police.
